Our proposal to organize a Theo Murphy workshop about quantum devices in SiC has been accepted by the Royal Society! The meeting, organized by Cristian Bonato with Prof Joerg Wrachtrup (University of Stuttgart – Germany) and Dr Sang-Yun Lee (KIST, Seoul – Korea), will bring together quantum technology researchers with materials scientists, device engineers and industry to develop spin-based semiconductor quantum devices.
